Abstract Thin film carbon nanomaterials are widely studied and used as functional, conductive, reflective, sensor coatings. In this work, films of natural graphene-based a sensitive material for gas operating close to room temperature. The structural features the were by scanning electron microscopy Raman spectroscopy. It has been found that deposition on substrates with conductive coatings indium oxide tin allows obtain thin films, represented homogeneous nets, in nodes which globular nano-sized particles. Microwave conductivity measurements carried out using λ/4 coaxial resonator based symmetric two-wire line. results demonstrated deposited desorb oxygen from various levels carbon.
